Sunnyside and Shadyside

Sunnyside and Shadyside may be rented weekly from Memorial Day through Columbus Day.  Shadyside may also be rented at other times during the year.  Both houses are rented as housekeeping units.  This means guests bring their own bed, bath and beach linens, and agree to leave the house clean and in good order for the next family.  (We can provide loaner linens for people traveling by air.  We understand that it's a lot harder to toss a tub of linens on a plane than in a vehicle!)

Sunnyside has three bedrooms and one full bathroom to accommodate up to 6 people.  Shadyside has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people.  Both houses are completely and comfortably furnished with pillows and blankets, pots and pans, dishes and flatware, grills and grilling tools.

Guests may bring a boat, canoes, kayaks, and bicycles, but please do not bring any pets, jet skis or all-terrain vehicles.
         
Sunnyside rents for $1000/week.  Shadyside rents for $1400/week.  Otsego County occupancy tax (4%) applies.  A $200 deposit is required to SECURE a reservation.  Rates are $100 less for returning guests and for off season weeks (before June 15 and after September 15).
