The house at St. Augustine Beach is a contemporary, two bedroom, two bathroom ranch. The rooms are oversized and comfortably furnished. The master bedroom has a private bath with a walk in closet. The guest bedroom is large enough to be furnished with four twin beds. It also has direct access to the second bathroom and a walk in closet. The kitchen is sunny and airy. It has two long runs of counter space, an island with a Jennaire cooktop stove, a pantry closet and a laundry center. There is a bar-height breakfast table with colorful stools, and enough pots and pans, dishes and flatware to keep any cook happy. The living room and dining room are open plan, and the living room includes a fireplace and sliding door to a small back patio.
Although the house is tucked away in quiet, residential neighborhood, it is with in walking distance to the ocean beaches, several public parks, and many excellent restuarants. It's also just a short drive to major shopping in St Augustine proper and a Premium Outlets Mall.
